We are a limited company and operate as an employment business and are subject to the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

Site Use

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site to users who have registered with us.

In order to register on the Website, you will need to create a username and password which you will subsequently need to use when logging in. You are solely responsible for their use and protection and the Company accepts no responsibility whatsoever for unauthorised or improper use or their disclosure. If you believe that your username and/or password have been compromised in any way, please use the appropriate link within the Website to reset. We have the right to disable any password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time to ensure you are receiving the best user experience. Where possible SG Talent Services Ltd always tries to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but SG Talent Services Ltd shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

By responding to our subsequent enquires you are deemed to consent to our processing personal data about you where necessary for the above purposes, including the processing of any sensitive personal data about you.

If you do not want to receive any information from either us or third parties, tell us when you next contact us.

Viruses, hacking and other offences

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
